PRESIDENTS MESSAGE
The Desboro Agricultural Society is excited to be able to host the 2022 fail fair in its entirety and we look forward to having as many of you as possible come out to enjoy yourselves at the 162nd fall fair. Welcome!
As you stroll around the fair grounds on Saturday September 3rd there is a little something for all ages to enjoy; watch the parade, take in the 4-H Calf and Sheep shows or the displays, take the children to the carnival tent, listen to the music, meander through the antique cars and tractors, peruse the exhibits, watch the tractor pull or enjoy a piece of pie, my hope is that you can appreciate the hard work that others have done to make today a community event for you to attend. Small rural communities are the backbone to the province and keeping them alive means people coming together for the interest of community and showing care and concern for one another. Please take a moment during the fair to sit down and have a chat with your neighbour, an old friend or someone new to the community.
Thank you to each and every one of you that in some way contributed to make this year’s fall fair possible; volunteers, sponsors, attendees, and community partners. We thank you and couldn't hold this community event without you. Enjoy the fair!
